She was then selected for a highly competitive facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship in Beverly Hills, an honor reserved for a select group of surgeons who demonstrate exceptional skill, dedication, and expertise in the field.

During her fellowship, Dr. Leader trained under two of the world’s most respected facial plastic surgeons, Paul Nassif and Babak Azizzadeh. Working alongside Dr. Nassif, she gained extensive experience in complex revision rhinoplasty and participated in challenging surgical cases that were featured on the television show Botched. She also refined her techniques in facelift surgery, eyelid surgery, lip lifts, rhinoplasty, and other facial procedures through advanced training with several renowned Beverly Hills experts, including Guy Massry and Ben Talei.
Dr. Leader also trained extensively with Dr. Azizzadeh, founder of the Facial Paralysis Institute, where she developed advanced expertise in facial reanimation surgery. This highly specialized training allows her to help patients with facial paralysis restore facial symmetry and regain natural expression, while further enhancing her comprehensive approach to both reconstructive and aesthetic facial surgery.
